COVID-19 and Shipping Update

We wanted to let you know that our Online Store remains open 24/7.

The good news is currently freight and logistics services are excluded from the latest government shut-downs which means our KODA Website and Warehouse will continue to operate as usual.

All KODA Nutrition deliveries are made using Startrack Express and Australia Post services within Australia. Star Track and Australia Post have confirmed that they remain fully operational across Australia during the government restriction on non-essential activity and we continue to be in constant contact with them as announcements are made.

With the current extended restrictions in various states, it has been advised that delivery delays may be experienced. We will do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day and provide tracking so you are kept informed of the status of your order. We currently offer:

FREESHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Free shipping on all orders over $99

ORDERS BELOW $99: A flat fee of  $12.00 applies to all orders under $99

At this time we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are making the necessary changes if required when responding to government directives.

At KODA our priority is to protect our customers, staff, suppliers and delivery partners; including their family and friends. It's also important to know that we have strict quality control procedures in place with our staff and logistic partners to ensure that products are handled safely and securely. This includes the delivery of all parcels. These will now be delivered with a no contact basis, which means a signature on delivery is not required and parcels will be dropped to your door.
